The study visit was organised by the Tempus Foundation, the national agency responsible for European Union programmes in the fields of education and youth. In addition to the Montenegrin delegation, representatives from North Macedonia and Slovenia also took part in the event, with the aim of exchanging experiences and good practices and strengthening regional cooperation in the areas of career guidance, career development, and the promotion of European tools for learning and employment.
During the study visit, participants had the opportunity to learn more about the work of the Europass and Euroguidance Centre in Serbia, its key activities and national projects, as well as the ways in which it cooperates with other European networks and initiatives.
Particular attention was given to the regional exchange of experiences related to the implementation of Europass and Euroguidance activities, communication with users, promotion of services, and organisation of events. The programme also covered topics related to training and competence development for different target groups, the use of digital tools, and the provision of support to users.
Participants highlighted the importance of mutual cooperation and the exchange of experiences for the further development of career guidance and counselling systems, as well as for the more effective use of European tools that contribute to the transparency of qualifications, mobility, and lifelong learning.
The final part of the programme focused on future development priorities and opportunities for strengthening regional cooperation. Participants reaffirmed their shared commitment to continuing the partnership and implementing activities of common interest.
The participation of Montenegrin representatives in this event contributed to strengthening regional ties and exchanging knowledge with colleagues from neighbouring countries, with the aim of further improving career guidance services and providing better support to citizens in planning their educational and career development.
